The unparalleled taste of our olives is due to a 100% natural process, in which we wait for the olives to ripen on the tree. Then they are slowly seasoned in the traditional way, submerged in natural brine (salted water) with red balsamic vinegar, and topped with a layer of extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: whole black Kalamata olives, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, savory, rosemary.
