The world’s favourite table olive. Crisp, juicy and almond-shaped, the renowned Kalamata olive is native to our region.
Our 100% natural process is what gives our olives their unparalleled taste. We allow the olives to ripen on the tree, then they are slowly and naturally seasoned in the traditional way. In brine (salted water) and red balsamic vinegar, topped with a layer of extra virgin olive oil. This is a salad classic and healthy snack, packed with nutrients.
Tip: You can always tell a naturally-cured black olive because its colour varies slightly.
Ingredients: whole black Kalamata olives, brine, P.D.O. Kalamata extra virgin olive oil.
Available in 3 sizes of vacuum pack: 125g, 200g, 500g net weight.
Storage: Store in a cool place in the shade. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 10 days.
