A super-delicious tapenade with authentic Mediterranean taste. Our home-made recipe with Kalamata olives, Greek sun-dried tomatoes, blended with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and aromatic herbs: oregano, basil, parsley.
Uses: Spread on fresh warm bread, crackers or pitta bread. Ideal dipping for crudités: carrots, celery. In pasta sauce or pizza topping for extra taste. In sandwiches, as a healthy substitute for butter or margarine. Add lemon to make a great salad dressing. Add crumbled feta cheese for a spread with an extra tasty twist.
Ingredients: 86.2% pitted black Kalamata olives, 6.8% sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar, herbs (oregano, basil, parsley).
Available in: glass jar 85g net weight.
Storage: Store in a cool place in the shade. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 10 days.
