A super-delicious, classic tapenade. Our home-made recipe with Kalamata olives, Greek capers, blended with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and aromatic herbs: thyme and savory.
Uses: Spread on fresh warm bread, crackers or pitta bread. Ideal dipping for crudités: carrots, celery. In pasta sauce or pizza topping for extra taste. In sandwiches, as a healthy substitute for butter or margarine. Add to home-made bread dough for a delicious olive bread. Add lemon to make a great salad dressing.
Ingredients: 89.2% pitted black Kalamata olives, 2.14% capers, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs (thyme, savory).
Available in: glass jar 85g net weight.
Storage: Store in a cool place in the shade. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 10 days.
