Organically-cultivated, sun-ripened Greek apples, selected for their quality, are crushed, distilled and naturally fermented according to our special recipe. The result is this top-class cider vinegar with a delicate acidic flavour, unusually high in beneficial nutrients and antioxidants.
Studies show that cider vinegar can contribute to cholesterol and weight management.
Uses: for salads, light dressings and white sauces, for risottos, pasta, poultry or fish. Great for pickling and creating sweet-and-sour dishes, such as stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients: fresh apple juice from organically-cultivated apples. Sulfite-free.
